The Henan Provincial Steel Office Furniture Product Quality

  On April 17th, it was learned from the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Luoyang City that recently, another provincial-level quality supervision and inspection center has been added in Luoyang. The Henan Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Steel Office Furniture Products (Luoyang) has been officially put into operation. 

This center was established by the Quality and Metrology Testing Center of Luoyang Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. It is located in the steel furniture industrial cluster area of Pangcun Town, Yibin District, Luoyang City. It has obtained the CMA and CAL qualification certification and has the capacity to test 891 parameters of 28 types of products. It can provide relevant enterprises with product testing services. 

A technical service integrating functions such as inspection, standard formulation, scientific and technological research and development, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

   It is reported that this center was inspected and accepted by the provincial market supervision bureau's expert team in January 2021. Currently, it has over 10 laboratories including mechanics and physical chemistry laboratories, and is equipped with steel-made furniture cabinet structural strength testers, stability testers, salt spray testers, table-type durability load testers, and formaldehyde testers. 
Specialized testing equipment such as climate chambers and ultraviolet spectrophotometers. Steel furniture, metal furniture, steel filing cabinets, book and stationery equipment, office chairs, steel and wood furniture, steel protective doors, children's furniture, soft furniture... all can be inspected locally.
    After the center is put into use, it can provide technical services for enterprises in areas such as inspection and testing, scientific research and development, and standard revision. It can achieve the sharing and utilization of large-scale equipment, inspection and testing technologies, and standard information, and provide full-process detection technical services for enterprise product development, raw material entry into the factory, production line quality control, and product manufacturing. This will effectively drive the upgrading of industrial clusters and provide strong technical support for promoting the high-quality development of the Luoyang metropolitan area.

     After the center is put into use, it can provide technical services for enterprises in areas such as inspection and testing, scientific research and development, and standard revision. It can achieve resource sharing and mutual use of large-scale instruments and equipment, inspection and testing technologies, and standard information, and provide full-process detection technical services for enterprise product research and development, raw material entry into the factory, production line quality control, and product factory exit. This will effectively drive the upgrading of industrial agglomeration and provide strong technical support for promoting the high-quality development of the Luoyang metropolitan area. In addition, it is learned from the reporter that, in addition to the Henan Provincial Quality Inspection Center for Steel Office Furniture Products, there are also five provincial-level quality inspection centers in Luoyang, namely the Henan Provincial Quality Inspection Center for Electric Bicycles, the Henan Provincial Quality Inspection Center for Semiconductor Optoelectronic Devices and Lighting Products, the Henan Provincial Quality Inspection Center for Aluminum Materials, the Henan Provincial Quality Inspection Center for Glass, and the Henan Provincial Quality Inspection Center for Baijiu. A total of six provincial-level quality inspection centers are stationed in Luoyang.
